Police in Canada have arrested a man in connection with the kidnapping of a Chinese student
Police in Canada have arrested a man in connection with the kidnapping of Chinese student Lu Wanzhen, who was attacked with a stun gun and abducted over the weekend.
York Police said in a statement Tuesday that a"35-year-old man from the City of Toronto ... believed to be involved in the kidnapping" had been arrested. The man has not been identified as he is yet to be charged. The statement added that police"continue to fear for the well-being of Mr. Lu" and urged his captors to release the 22-year-old unharmed and turn themselves in.
