A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A man has been arrested after another man was seriously injured in a dog in Sunderland, Northumbria Police said.
Around 6.55pm today , we received a report that a dog had injured a man outside an address on Maple Terrace inNorthumbria Police have assured the public there is no wider risk to the community.Police have urged people not to speculate online about the dogs or the attack while enquiries are ongoing, including on social media.A 44-year-old man was arrested in connection with the report and remains in police custody.
An official spokesman for Mr Rishi said a “transition period” would be introduced, with details likely to follow a consultation on the plan.
