Man arrested in connection with stabbing in Escondido apartment parking lot [Breaking]
A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon early Monday after an argument between two men at an Escondido apartment complex escalated into a stabbing, police said.
Officers were called around 10:45 a.m. after the victim was stabbed in the parking lot of the complex on East Washington Avenue near Begonia Street, said Escondido police Lt. Erik Whitholt. Police found the victim, a 29-year-old man, suffering from a stab wound to the buttocks. He was transported to the hospital to be treated. His injury was not considered life threatening, police said.
