Two people were arrested in connection with a fatal shooting at a Medical Center apartment Sunday morning.
Jose Carlos Alvarez, 50, was charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a 31-year-old man found dead in an apartment on Medical Drive, and Mary Ann Demetro, 30, was charged with altering, concealing or destroying a human corpse.

When police arrived at the Demetro apartment, in the 4000 block of Medical Drive, they found a 31-year-old man dead from a gunshot wound.During the investigation, detectives accessed surveillance video from the apartment complex that showed Demetro helping remove the body and cleaning evidence inside the apartment.
