The Louisiana man fled from Pennsylvania state troopers in Adams County on March 1, according to police.
A Louisana man led police on a high-speed chase in Adams County leading to his arrest and the discovery of a rare breed of French bulldog in the passenger seat, according to state police.
Police said Champ drove about 9 miles going in excess of 110 mph, “all while weaving in and out of busy traffic.” When the Audi stopped, Champ tried to run away, making it about 150 yards and over multiple fences before officers were able to arrest him without any injuries reported, police said.
