A man has been bailed as investigations continue into a 'vicious' stabbing of a teenage boy in the street. Police were called to Darnley Street in Old Trafford in the early hours of Sunday following reports of the 15-year-old being stabbed and robbed.
The M.E.N reported how the eyewitnesses heard the teenage boy cry out that he'd been stabbed and knocked on doors trying to get help following the 'vicious' street attack.Investigations into the attack remain ongoing, with police introducing stop and search powers in the area in response on Sunday evening. On Monday evening, those powers were then extended until 4am on Tuesday in response to the stabbing.
