A Sydney man has been charged with a number of firearm offences and over his links to alleged criminal groups in a major sting that was almost a year in the making. 9News
In September 2022, police conducted a raid at a property in Wolli Creek where two illegal guns were found and seized.
Following months of investigating, detectives with the Criminal Groups Squad conducted an additional raid at a home in Moorebank at 7am yesterday, where a number of illegal items were allegedly also found.During the search, officers located nine mobile phones, designer jewellery - including four Rolex watches and two Hublot watches - roughly 150 grams of cocaine and "other items relevant to the supply of prohibited drugs".
