The 43-year-old man has now had criminal charges upgraded to include manslaughter and two dangerous driving offences.
Emergency services found the 40-year-old woman critically-injured in Peppin Crescent in Airds on Thursday afternoon.A woman has died in hospital three days after falling from the bonnet of a car allegedly being driven by her partner in Sydney's west. She was rushed to Liverpool Hospital while police established a crime scene and launched an investigation.He was then taken to Campbelltown Police Station, where he was charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
