A man has been charged over an attack which allegedly left a 50-year-old woman unconscious on her way to work in Sydney's west last week.
The 36-year-old man was arrested at St Mary's bus station on Saturday, after transport police were called to an argument in the area.Mikako Pearse was so traumatised by Wednesday morning's alleged attack near Kingswood station that she doesn't want to return to work or walk to the station anymore. Mrs Pearce didn't know what had happened to her until police checked CCTV which allegedly shows her being punched in the face near the junction of Joseph and Amaroo Streets.The area where the attack happened. Her husband, Jeffrey Pearse, took her to hospital for treatment for facial injuries, and appealed for help to catch the offenders.
