Police say a 39-year-old Novar Gardens man slashed tyres of the cars on streets near the Adelaide Central Market yesterday, including on Wright, Gouger, Waymouth and Morphett streets, as well as in car parks. The man was charged with multiple counts of property damage about 9pm last night and refused bail to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.but more motorists found their tyres deflated yesterday morning as they returned to their vehicles."It's very frustrating in a way because it holds me back with my time — it's very unnecessary," he said.
"A wide range of streets in the CBD — particularly that south-western corner, including Wright Street, Gouger Street, Mill Street, Coglin Street, Pitt Street and its car park," she said. "Further damaged cars were found on Waymouth Street, Young Street, Eliza Street, Morphett Street and its car park."
