Man charged with homicide in death of Stowe toddler
Allegheny County Police Sgt. Todd Dolfi said paramedics were called to a home on Woodward Avenue about 3:45 a.m. Thursday for a report of a 2-year-old who wasn’t breathing. The toddler was taken to UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh where she was pronounced dead.
Police did not immediately release the child’s cause of death but said the medical examiner ruled it a homicide. Dolfi did not indicate whether Morgan is related to the child. He turned himself in to authorities about 5:30 p.m. Friday, Dolfi said, and he remains in the Allegheny County Jail.Note to readers: if you purchase something through one of our affiliate links we may earn a commission.
