Police have charged a man with murder after the body of a man was found in a backyard at Wyndham Vale in Melbourne's south-west.
The man was arrested about 8:50pm on Sunday night at the scene in Mount Eagle Way, where the body of the 49-year-old man was discovered. Detectives last night charged the 41-year-old with murder, and he was remanded in custody to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates' Court this morning.
