Heartbroken family and friends of the 31-year-old who was killed in a horror workplace incident involving a forklift have paid tributes and shared their memories of the young father.
Tuaese Taufa, 31, had just started his shift at an industrial complex in Sydney’s western suburb of St Marys when a forklift fell and crushed him around 6:30am on Monday.
