A man has died and three others have been rushed to hospital as a horrific fire erupted at a unit complex in Brisbane’s north.

Fifteen fire and emergency crews rushed an apartment block at Bonney Ave in Clayfield, north from the heart of Brisbane city, at 5.30am on Monday morning.Thirteen others were treated for smoke inhalation by paramedics – many of them elderly.
