A 48-year-old man has fallen about 100m to his death at Morialta Conservation Park in Woodforde, northeast of Adelaide.

Its remote location made it hard for crews to access, and drones were deployed to assist in locating the man’s body. Morialta Conservation Park was closed to the public after a 48-year-old man tragically fell to his death.Emergency crews recovered the man’s body and airlifted it out of the park nine hours after the fatal fall.The Houghton man died at the scene and was airlifted out of the park nine hours later.Police will be preparing a report for the coroner.Witness Sandra Mestros described the scene she approached on her morning walk.
