BREAKING: Man dies in devastating crash with HGV near the Trafford Centre
The collision caused the 58-year-old man 'to come off his bicycle' and he was sadly pronounced dead in hospital later, GMP said today as an investigation into the tragedy continued.
"It is believed the cyclist, a 58-year-old man, was involved in a collision with a HGV, which caused him to come off his bicycle. "The accident occurred in the middle of rush hour at a very busy roundabout in Trafford Park, not far from the Trafford Centre. As such, we believe that there will be a number of people who may have either witnessed the incident or have dash cam footage of the area at, or around, 5.10pm last night.
