Man fatally stabbed in Lemon Grove fight [Breaking]
Deputies found the victim with a stab wound to his lower torso, sheriff’s Lt. Chris Steffen said. Paramedics rushed the man to a hospital, but he died. The man was described as being 45 to 50 years old, but he has not been identified, the lieutenant said.Deputies detained several people who were in the area at the time of the fight, but their level of involvement in the incident is still under investigation, Steffen said. Detectives are still looking into what led to the argument.
