Officers responded to the 5900 block of North Central Expressway Service Road about 10:45 p.m. Thursday. Upon arrival, officers found 33-year-old Khurram Ali in a vehicle with a gunshot wound.Kayla Kelley’s body found near home of man accused of kidnapping her, authorities sayNo further information was available at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
