A man is accused of fatally shooting his nephew after a fight in southeast Oak Cliff on Friday afternoon.

Dallas police arrested Delvin Alberty, 59, in the slaying of 33-year-old Kamal Alberty. It is unclear whether he has an attorney. Officers responded to a shooting call about 5 p.m. Friday in the 5900 block of Roseville Drive, near Simpson Stuart Road, and found Kamal Alberty on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
