Police make an arrest over the alleged murder of a man whose body was found in a suburban Adelaide backyard.
A man has been arrested and is expected to be charged with murder following the discovery of a body wrapped in carpet in a suburban Adelaide backyard.A 39-year-old was arrested this afternoonafter the body of the unknown man was reportedly found by teenagers at a party.Police declared his death a major crime after the examination indicated it was suspicious.
"Since the discovery, detectives … have been working with forensic specialists to establish the identity of the deceased and circumstances that led to his death," police said in a statement. "He is currently assisting detectives with their enquiries and it is expected he will be formally charged."
