Investigators connected Narron to a missing juvenile report, but it was not clear from the update if Narron previously knew the teen, who was last seen Sunday in Fairbanks, or how troopers connected them. Investigators determined Narron was in the Anchorage area with the girl, and Anchorage police found his vehicle abandoned at a park on Wednesday, troopers said. At the time of the alert, they said, Narron may have been armed and dangerous.
Steven Narron, 51, was arrested Aug. 18, 2022, on the Kenai Peninsula in the company of a missing 15-year-old.
