A man has offered a woman cash after sexually assaulting her in a Victorian laundromat. The woman told police the man approached her at the laundromat on Graham St, Wonthaggi, about 2.30pm on October 19. The man sexually assaulted her and then allegedly pulled cash out of his wallet and offered it to her.
He then drove away in a car described as “an old, dark blue sedan in poor condition”. On Tuesday, police released images of a man they believe can assist with the investigation. He is believed to be 40 to 50 years old, with a dark olive complexion, heavy build and bald. He was wearing black sunglasses on his head, a black T-shirt with white writing and blue jeans. Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
