Molly Ticehurst’s body was found at a Forbes home in central western NSW.
A man has been charged with the “brutal” alleged murder of a 28-year-old woman in the state’s central west.
Police found Molly Ticehurst’s body after being called to a home at Young Street in Forbes, just after 2am on Monday.A short time later, Daniel Billings, 29, was arrested at a property in Fifield, about an hour northwest of Forbes, and was taken to Parkes Police Station.Central West Police District crime manager detective Inspector Jason Darcy said the pair had previously been in a relationship and described the crime scene as “brutal”.
Ticehurst, a mother of one, described her love of working with children in a 2021 social media post from the Forbes childcare centre she had worked at. “I love walking in and seeing all the smiley faces, watching them learn new skills and seeing how proud of themselves they are,” the post said.
