A man who was 'on the wrong side of the railings' on a bridge over the M60 this morning was brought down to safety.
"Two lanes of the motorway and nearby Manchester Road were closed whilst the man was guided to safety. Colleagues from NWAS and the Fire Service were also in attendance and the roads have now been reopened."
