Hayden Carl Skinner has been in custody since January 4, after allegedly breaking into a nursing home in Coffs Harbour, on the NSW Mid North Coast, in the early hours of New Years Day and sexually assaulting a 76-year-old resident. Defence solicitor Peter Pearsall said this would include an application for the court to accept hearsay evidence in the trial.
