A man in Wisconsin was arrested early Friday morning after police say he refused to wear a mask inside a restaurant and punched a manager in the face.

The manager of the restaurant asked the man to leave due to his"unruly nature and no mask." The man, identified as 20-year-old Abel Mosqueda, responded by punching the manager in the face, according to police.The man left but was later contacted by police and taken into custody. He was booked into the Dane County Jail"for the tentative charges of battery and disorderly conduct." Before being booked, he was taken to a hospital for medical clearance due to a hand injury.

In the City of Madison, those who don't comply with the order can face up to a $376 fine. The mandate is in effect until October 8.
