Two others are hospitalized after the stabbings in the home where marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms were found
inside a York County home, killing his girlfriend and a child, Pennsylvania State Police said.
He killed Fousek and the girl by stabbing them in the head, neck and torso, according to the affidavit. The York County Coroner’s Office pronounced them dead at the scene less than an hour later. A 28-year-old man was in a second-floor bedroom playing video games when he heard screaming and saw Kretzer burst into the room, knife in hand. The affidavit said the 28-year-old forced the knife out of Kretzer’s hand, and a struggle ensued.
