A man pleaded guilty to a number of offences after police spotted a 'suspicious' car. Officers stopped the vehicle in the Clifton area during the early hours of Saturday .
He pleaded guilty to taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and was given a community order. Sunderland also admitted possession of a Class B drug, failure to stop, theft from a motor vehicle and driving without insurance or a licence.
