Police are investigating whether alcohol played a part in a serious car crash in Sydney's west last night that left a man with serious injuries.
A 30-year-old driver was behind the wheel before his car rolled several times while travelling on York Road in Penrith just after 11pm last night.

"At first thought someone would've hit the house," Sabaten said."It was a big bang, hit something, then we could just hear the car roll, roll, roll," one resident told 9News.
"People started to come from all the houses, there were quite a few people down there all gathered around the guy," another said.Locals told 9News that a car was seen driving around the same road earlier that night, with some saying they heard tyres screeching before the crash.Continue reading
