A Watford man will go on trial after he denied allowing a “dangerously out-of-control” Doberman to injure a woman. Mark McCarthy, 34, is charged with being the owner or person in charge of a dog which caused injury in Cassiobury Drive on May 20 last year. McCarthy, who also lives in Cassiobury Drive, is set to appear for trial in Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on January 20 after an appearance in the court on Monday .
