Emergency services were called to a home in Sydney's south overnight to find a man with gun shot wounds.
Emergency services were called to Carrathool Street in Griffith about 11.15pm yesterday where they found the man with gunshot wounds to his leg.
Police said officers were told that three males forced entry into the home through the front door when the man was shot.The alleged home invaders then fled the scene. The victim was driven by the other male occupant to Griffith Base Hospital where he was later transferred to Wagga Wagga Base Hospital in a stable condition.Police said there is no ongoing risk to the public.
