Police said a man in his 20s was inside one of the cars that was shot up by rifle rounds. Video shows the windows shot out of three vehicles.
Residents at an Alief-area apartment complex are hoping to get some answers after gunfire erupted on Thursday night and a man and several cars were shot in the parking lot.
One SUV had both back windows shot out, one car had a bullet hole in the side, and another car had one window shot out, the video shows. "He was able to exit the car and get away from there. He got some help from some folks at the apartment complex and came back to the scene," Lt. R. Willkens said. "We got him to the hospital with HFD. He should live."
