A 52-year-old truck driver faces Goulburn Local Court on charges arising from a $2.75m cash haul.

More than $2.75 million in cash stored in grocery bags and a stash of cannabis have been seized in a NSW Police-led search of a truck near Yass.

Officers said they approached the truck while it was parked at a service station on Yass Valley Way and spoke with the driver.
