An investigation is underway after a man and woman were fatally shot in a murder-suicide in west Houston Thursday, officers with the Houston Police Department said. hpd kprc2 click2houston htx hounews
Officers said when they arrived at the scene, they located a woman believed to be in her 30′s with a gunshot wound to the head and a man believed to be in his 40′s laying in a pool of blood.Police said it was reported that a niece and her uncle lived together in the apartment. The niece’s ex-boyfriend called the uncle and asked him to meet him at the front gate so he could give him money, investigators said.
Officers said the woman’s uncle returned to the apartment and went to her room. That’s where police said the man discovered his niece and her ex-boyfriend shot.Homicide units are at the scene investigating.
