A Manchester businessman who set his food firm up during lockdown has just announced his first permanent location in the city centre.

That led to residences at Hatch and Escape to Freight Island. Now, however, he’s gone a step further.The new Bondi Bowls will open at Kampus as a ‘laid back eatery’ serving coffee and food, with takeaway options available. It will be the culmination of long-held ambition for the 30-year-old chef, who’s worked at restaurants around the world but had a dream to have his own space.
