Emails obtained by Fox News Digital show Gayle Manchin, the wife of Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., appeared to violate an ethics pledge she signed in 2021 to avoid 'conflicts of interest.'

According to an October 19, 2021 email, the CEO of Coalfield Development Brandon Dennison, sent Gayle Manchin hisgrant application, stating they spoke on the phone about their effort as"complementary and supportive of the ARC-initiated effort."
