A major search is underway for a man following the discovery of a female staff member's body inside the bathroom of a prestigious private school in Sydney's CBD.
Emergency services were called to St Andrew's Cathedral School on Kent St about midnight on Thursday following a report of concern of welfare.

Picture: NCA NewsWire / David Swift A crime scene has also been reportedly been set up at The Gap in the affluent eastern suburb of Vaucluse, with one line of inquiry the man may have taken his own life.The woman, who is yet to be formally identified, was found with"serious head injuries".Neither the man or woman were known to police and did not have previous domestic violence-related issues or Apprehended Violence Orders.
St Andrew’s Cathedral School has informed parents the school would be closed on Thursday and Friday due to a “critical incident”.
