Manhunt underway in Chicago after Halloween drive-by shooting that injured 14 people.
Young was joined at the podium by one of the shooting victims, just released from the hospital, and still using a walker after her injury. She only wanted to be identified by her surname Patterson, according to Chicago ABC stationClergy members and community advocates were also joined by Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown.

Asked if police are searching for multiple suspects, a spokesperson told ABC News on Thursday that the investigation is ongoing.
"The West Side, despite this tragedy, is still the best side," Brown added. "You are a strong community. Hold your head high because we need you to stay strong."Brown told reporters on Tuesday that the investigation is still in its preliminary stages and police are not aware of a motive.
