December 16, 2022 - 20:03 GMT Lauren Ramsay With all of the excitement building around Margot Robbie’s latest film to be released Babylon, we almost forgot that she is starring as the eponymous character in the movie Barbie premiering in summer 2023. A new trailer released today lasting a mere 1 minute and 14 seconds was enough to revamp the anticipation.
Though this beach look pays homage to the outfit worn by the first ever Barbie doll in 1959, it aptly resembles a monochrome outfit sported by Kendall Jenner this week, who was channelling her inner Wednesday Addams. Who knew Barbie and Wednesday could have so much in common? 60s mod sunglasses with a chunky white frame and black slip on sandals completed the monochrome look, and the ultimate pin curled fringe finished the OG doll ensemble.
