State Legislature continue to allow committee chairmen to block legislation in spite of the wishes of the committee members and their constituents.

By Russell Bahn

They continue to allow committee chairmen to block legislation in spite of the wishes of the committee members and their constituents. Fortunately, one of the representatives has retired, but others want it to continue on the same path. The leadership and committee chairman have been allowed to want to do. They block legislation that their PACs want them to block from coming up for vote.
