Defence Minister Richard Marles has reacted to China’s anger-fuelled missile drills and pleaded for de-escalation following US Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan this week.

Beijing launched a series of missiles into the waters around Taiwan on Thursday in live military drills which are expected to continue until Sunday.
