With up to 25 hours of wireless playtime available from their charging case, the Minor III earbuds have enough juice for commuting or working out at the gym for a week. The earbuds can play for up to five hours on a single charge and their portable charging case includes four more complete charges. Every time the earbuds are returned to their case, they start recharging.
I’ve listened to the Marshall Minor III true wireless earbuds and they have a mighty rocking sound with a clearly defined soundstage that grooves the music along. I spent some happy hours listening to classic 1970s tracks, including the Climax Blues Band’s “Couldn’t Get It Right”. The sound is dynamic and rhythmic, with plenty of volume to spare. The earbuds don’t use silicone tips as they are a similar open-fit design to Apple’s original AirPods.
The earpieces are small and stylish, featuring a single Marshall M monogram on each earbud. The touch controls are sensitive and the comfort of the open fit is good. The call quality using the Minor III is also good, although possibly not up to the standard of some earbuds with multiple beamforming microphones. For people who enjoy singing in the rain, there’s an IPX4 water-resistance rating, so a slight drizzle and some light splashes won’t stop the music.
