Martin Lewis is telling people to act now before the law changes next week
The Money Saving Expert has masterminded a trick to avoid the change of law using just £1 - and you won't even lose the pound and in fact will get it back with interest paid on top.
Martin told his listeners that the best account to open is the Virgin Money Cash ISA, which currently does allow 16 and 17 year olds to open an account. "Because from April 6, the start of the new tax year, the minimum age to get a Cash ISA, to open one, rises from 16 to 18.
