The stars of Marvel TV shows have shared their reactions to the news that Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and the rest of the Netflix/Marvel series roster is officially moving to DisneyPlus on March 16.👏

Several stars of Marvel TV/Netflix shows react to their move to the Disney+ service. It was recently revealed that all Marvel TV series, including Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, and The Punisher, were leaving their original streaming platform home of Netflix. The news came as a shock to many viewers, given it was only discovered due to a very brief pop-up notification that appeared when each show was clicked on.

Originally, only Disney+ Canada was set to host Daredevil and the other Marvel shows after they left Netflix. This sparked discussions among fans in the US, who wondered if the projects would ultimately arrive on their local Disney+. Luckily, it didn't take long for the House of Mouse to provide an answer. All Marvel TV shows are now officially scheduled to be available on US Disney+ starting March 16, 2022.

While their characters have begun to overlap, it's possible that Marvel Studios doesn't want to simply absorb all of these previously Netflix-based shows and make their events MCU canon. The MCU's micro-continuity is already complicated, and incorporating so many additional shows would likely serve as a headache for Feige and his team. Instead, Marvel may choose to make the TV series a part of its budding multiverse, to more easily explain diverging events.
