Many fans were disappointed Fawn wasn't crowned winner
All Saints star Natalie Appleton enjoyed huge pop success with the hit band in the late 90s and 00s. And musical success runs in the family as her husband is Prodigy star Liam Howlett.
But it was Busted’s Charlie Simpson who was crowned the winner of this year's show. The singer , 37, who rose to fame with the pop punk band which produced hits including Year 3000 and Crashed The Wedding, performed in disguise as Rhino throughout the ITV series. The power of their voice led Ross to believe it could be All Saints singer Shaznay Lewis, while McCall thought it could be singer Samantha Fox.
After Natalie was unmasked as Fawn, viewers said they were shocked to realise the her age, as the M.E.N reports @sophienkhan tweeted: "The biggest surprise is that Natalie Appleton looks that good at the age of 49 #TheMaskedSinger." And @manunitedrebel gasped: "Natalie Appleton is 49. She looks fantastic..."
