Record numbers of Australians were on the move last year, as hundreds of thousands of people moved interstate.
Sky News Reporter Holly Edwards-Smith says Victoria and New South Wales saw the most amount of residents relocating.
“New South Wales saw its highest numbers in around three decades, where Victoria saw a net loss of residents of around 35,000 in the 2020-2021 period,” she said.“Western Australia also saw a large number of people moving there, particularly in the last three months of last year.”
