New York City public schools will no longer require students to wear masks outdoors, as Mayor Eric Adams promises the end of mandates is coming.
Police are searching for a man who stole a car with an 11-year-old boy inside, and the victims are speaking to Michelle Charlesworth about the harrowing ordeal.
"That includes everything," Adams said, indicating lifting of mask mandates in schools is also"around the corner."
