Commentator Sophie Corcoran says the media is trying to “peddle a new narrative” to play “project fear with” as reports emerge climate change is causing childhood obesity.
CBS has reported on a study which connected climate change to rising childhood obesity rates, which Ms Corcoran dismissed.
“Are we just going to completely forget the fact that we forced children to stay inside for over a year?” she said.
