Rory, Sean, Max and Japser are four Aussie mates running 80 marathons in 80 days up the east cost of the USA to raise money for Cancer Council Australia. 9News

Australians Max Cutrone, Jasper Gotterson, Sean Stuart and Rory Cheal are on day 66 of 80, as they run a marathon a day up the east cost of America.

Along the way, they'll have been through 13 states, including: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont.  While they initially thought it was dehydration, they discovered it was Cellulitis, which in some cases can be fatal. He was put on antibiotics and decided kept going.

The group space out their run across the day, allowing themselves drinks breaks and a chance to consume some of the required 6000 calories a day. "Shame we didn't know about it, otherwise we could have actually done the official marathon for I think it was our 64th marathon.
