“For us, time is a resource and it is probably our most precious resource because we don't get it again,” Default says. “The higher up a person goes into an organization or the busier they get, the more precious their time becomes.”

The assistants assist executives with all types of remote work. Among the most popular ones: scheduling and calendar management as a whole, travel management, booking hotels flights, cars, helping you prep for meetings, following up, managing social accounts. In addition, they also help clients with personal tasks like book doctor appointments, or registering for activities.

The company has a 5-hour per month minimum for executives, that starts at $250 . The more an executive uses their double, the cheaper the hour becomes: $45 per hour after 10h used per month, and $40 per hour after 25h used per month.
